An SEU student that spends an academic year leading an SEU Missions team, assisting with logistics and finances, and pastoring their fellow students as they serve globally, all for the glory of God.

An SEU student that spends an academic year assisting GeoLeaders with the responsibilities of leading an SEU Missions team all for the glory of God.

An SEU student that spends an academic year committing to telling stories through word, photo, or video throughout the year, as well as intentionally on at least one SEU Missions team, all for the glory of God.

An SEU student that spends an academic year leading a CityTeam, assisting with logistics and partnerships, and pastoring their fellow students through a House Group as they serve locally, all for the glory of God.

GEOLEADER

EXPECTATIONS:

Pre-field:

Recruit a team.
Communicate with your missionary contact to coordinate trip details and logistics.
Facilitate team logistics: fundraising, packing, passports, etc.
Communicate details with and respond to the SEU Missions office in a timely manner.
Conduct team meetings.
Assist with necessary budgeting and money management as needed.

On-field:

Leadership, pastoring, communication, conflict management, and ministry!
Flexibility! The world is always changing and plans can quickly change– be flexible with where you are going and some of the details.

Post-field:

Follow up with team and facilitate healthy re-entry.

Geoleader Training Camp: October 9-13, 2024

Creating and curating content from various SEU Missions events.
Joining an SEU Missions team overseas or domestically to capture and tell the story of what God is doing.
Working collectively to brainstorm creative ideas for media and marketing.
Assisting in any last minute launch tasks for Sent documentary.

Love LKLD CityTeams

Recruiting students to be a part of local outreach teams.
Leading and pastoring peers in an outreach-centered house group.
Serving on weekends in designated outreach location and building relationships with ministry partners.
